From M5 J30 Sandygate roundabout take A376.

At Clyst St Mary roundabout take last exit onto A376 Exmouth Road. 

At next roundabout take the first exit onto B3179 for about 3 miles to Woodbury. 

In village centre turn left into Greenway.  Flower Street is the on the right after about quarter of a mile.
