All new members join either the Puppy Socialisation classes (if their puppy is under six months old) or the Beginners course if they have an older dog. The Puppy course runs over five weeks, and the Beginners over six weeks.   Classes are at 6.30pm for puppies and 7.10pm for Beginners.

The Puppy classes are run as a rolling course so that people can join at any time provided we have room.  Please email to find out when have spaces.  We will reserve you a place at the earliest possible date.  You will be required to confirm the booking within one week by bringing a completed application form and payment to Club on a Thursday evening.

  • Enrolment form for Puppy course
(NB Please ONLY complete and print this when you have reserved a place.  Bring the completed form, along with your payment and vaccInation certificate on the date advised.  We are experiencing high demand for our Puppy classes so until you have done this we cannot offer you a place).

The Beginners course is run as a block over six weeks, with a new course every couple of months.  The course starting on Thursday 12th January 2017 is full.  We are now taking bookings for the next course starting on Thursday 2nd March.  Click on the link below to open the booking form.  This can be completed on screen, printed and sent along with your payment to the Membership Secretary (address on the form).  We are unable to guarantee you a place until we have received your application and full payment.  Applications are processed strictly on a first-come first-served basis.

Please note are discontinuing the Introductory Talk for new members, and so the one orginally planned for 5th January will NOT now take place.  However, you are welcome to come along and watch the classes prior to joining, just turn up anytime after 6.30pm most Thursday evenings (check the Calendar to see that classes are taking place).  Click for map and directions. See our Frequently Asked Questions or Contact Us for further information. If you are bringing children please read our Children page.
